30th Apr 2019: Vivek Agrawalla, Partner at Mohamed Ali Alhammadi Law Firm – 1.618, presented a paper titled “Wills for Expats in the UAE” during an interactive session organized by the Indian Business & Professional Council in Dubai, IBPC. This participation comes as part of the efforts to spread legal awareness among different segments of the community.
The interactive session was well attended and highly appreciated by the members of the IBPC. Mr. Agrawalla succinctly presented the various options of registering a will in the UAE, and demystified various misconceptions on the subject for the benefit of the members.
