Mohamed Ali Alhammadi Law Firm & United Othaim launch fee financing as a new strategic service allowing clients to pay no fees until after execution of judgments
24th Jun 2019: Mohamed Ali Alhammadi Law Firm – 1.618 and United Othaim Company in Saudi Arabia announced the signing of a partnership agreement to launch the fee financing service as a new strategic service for clients.
This new service enables clients to benefit from financing expenses related to their legal services, including court fees, arbitration fees, or legal fees, without any prior payment. These costs are collected after winning the cases or completing the arbitration and initiating the execution of the judgments. This service benefits clients who do not want to manage their legal cases or pay fees before starting their disputes. All fees are paid after the completion of all procedures so that they are deducted from the amounts collected after the end of the cases. This strategic service also benefits clients who are unable to pay fees before executing the provisions. Clients who wish to benefit from this service can contact the Mohamed Ali Alhammadi Law Firm – 1.618.
The agreement was signed by lawyer Mohamed Al Hammadi, senior partner at Mohamed Ali Alhammadi Law firm – 1.618, and Mr. Omar Bin Abdulkarim Al Othaim from United Othaim.
“We are always keen to provide the latest strategic services in the legal field to our clients, and due to the need we have identified in some clients, we have signed a partnership agreement with United Othaim, one of the leading companies in this field in Saudi Arabia. Through this partnership, we will provide a strategic service to benefit our clients.” said lawyer Mohamed Ali Alhammadi.
